In addition to the inherent organoleptic properties, the meat and spices we use are of the highest quality, and we use only 100% natural first-class olive oil from the first cold press. The standard size of our product is 500 g (300 g of meat and 200 g of the first cold pressed olive oil) and it is packed in an orza-shaped glass jar. The product does not contain any allergens, artificial additives or preservatives. The product does not need to be stored cold. Under proper storage conditions, the product will keep for 5 years. The product has a limited production capacity and is 100% handmade.

Ingredients:
Iberian pork loin head, extra virgin olive oil from Lubrín, lemon juice, Mediterranean sea salt, natural spices and garlic.

Recommendations for use:
Product ready for consumption. It is recommended to warm up before consuming. The oil can be used for subsequent frying, especially suitable for eggs and potatoes.

Orza-style canning is typical of the Almería region (southern Spain) and is based on soaking the meat in spices and lemon juice, followed by frying the meat in olive oil from the first cold press; it is then kept with the oil used for frying in a clay bowl called ORZA. This process gets its name from the pottery in which the meat is kept.
